Tv guide not updating

) I was able to put together a workaround which works for my system and from feedback I’ve received in twitter it appears to be working on other systems.

Solution: If you are using TV Guide, then visit the TV Guide Diagnostics, from the Help menu. If you are using another service, then visit the Guide section of the Eye TV Preferences, and make sure your account information is correctly entered.2) Eye TV software may be damaged or defective.

Solution: Eye TV’s Preference files or the actual Eye TV application may be corrupted in some way.

The issue was easy to see when opening the guide which looked a lot like the screenshot below.

Hi My Ti VO program guide has stopped updating and more channels are showing To Be Annouced in theprogram guide.

I have tried connecting to Virgin Media using Settings then Network and viewing Status.

I can see an update is in progress but it is hanging at the Updating Info stage.

If you erase the Eye TV preference files, then any activation key you may have will need to be re-entered.

Don’t erase the preference files unless you have the activation key in hand.
